Miss some people...
Minor updates: 1. Plans in motion to hit Atlanta for Family Reunion in June, so unable to attend Wizard World this year... 2. Time managing sux inbetween work and home, since I wish to get several life goals completed: a. Draw, draw and draw some more... b. Edit more AMVs... c. Tone my bod to the sex machine that it's supposed to be... d. Network with more people... e. Finish the damn games that I had bought yet never played or finished... 3. Plans this fall for a Wisconsin anime convention are in the process. 4. I miss hanging out with friends, my schedule is conflicting with anything looking like a social life and as far as the family situation, money issues and rising gas prices, I'm a broke ass guy working to pay off bills. Hoping to get over this hump and actually take a trip overseas next year.

Call of Duty 4/Rainbow 6: Vegas 2 party...
April 19th 2008: Location: My place in the South Burbs (Homewood) Time: 4-ish/6-ish to whenever Activities: Xbox 360, PS2, Dreamcast, PS1, Gamecube, Saturn games/ Scrabble rounds/Cards (spades)/Taboo/ maybe some movies squeezed in as well. Food stuff and drinks: Liquor is limited, and latecomers may not find enough food around so holla if you are showing so I could save you a plate! (maybe) Donations: a dish of extra food or drink or another Xbox 360 for a larger round for a LAN would get extra glomp hugs for ladies and hardy pats on the backs for the fellows... Last note: another AMV sample...

Still video editing and got some cash back in taxes...
Still doing my thing for ACen in May, and setting my schedule so that I draw/edit AMVs once a week or on train rides to work/home. Got a nice sweet printer and Final Cut Express 4 (which I still need to install). Got my tax refund ::Celebratory Booty Dance:: after paying some bills, putting some funds into a mutual fund and some new DVDs, I wish to purchase...A 360 *yes, finally!* might get this weekend but also like to know any online games to go for *Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, Burnout Paradise* so I could find some people I know and snipe the hell out of them! *sweet sweet revenge* Holla at me with you 360 names so I could find ya! I am really hitting ACen with a table with a college peep, Joe, but can't attend Wizard World since I have a fam-reunion in June. Does anyone have an opinion on Youmacon vs Sugoicon vs Reactor* (*=pending) since they all happen on the same weekend in November? Peace out!

Southside anime artists and video editors UNITE!
Starting January 2008, I plan on running an anime/video game/artwork dojo every other Weekend (Friday evening to Saturday) in preparing for Anime Central (ACen) in May 14-16. I'm reserving a table for Artist alley but am for roommates and follow artists to team together with. Holla back if you wish to discuss anime, play some video games, polish some artwork and brainstorm ideas for AMVs! Holla! P.S. Y'all West and Northsiders and nearby Indiana folks are welcome too... ^_^

Past highlights and plans...
Wizard World this year... Half as much fun/stuff as it was last year. Funamination Nazis making sure NO ONE carried any One Piece stuff. Catch a slight annoyed dry cough probably from the hot weather and air conditioned environment that I had kept going to and fro in. As usual, spent more money than I had attended on stuff that I won't have time or the motivation to watch any time soon... ------------- which leads to my Labor Weekend/Week plans... I need to take a true illustrator's week off from work to make some new pieces from Youmacon this year. Hopefully, nothing will distract me from trying to get at least ten pieces done. If possible as well, I hope to have some stuff completed and have a nice Friday night showing of artwork and AMVs and relax with some Martial Arts/Horror flicks, and some Karaoke or cards. (I'm laying off the vid games for a little while unless it's Singstar/Karaoke Revolution). It's been awhile since I did one. ----------------------------------- November 2-4 (Youmacon) I'm hitting that spot with a suite with two - four of my buds have room for several more but they need to contact me soon if they wanna spot.

I can't do bars nor clubs...
My level of tolerance of alcohol is really low and I never really liked being drunk, buzzed is good/drunk bad. But I do realized my organizational skills is lacking, I can't seemed to divide my time properly away from work, housecleaning (cooking, washing clothes), tearing myself from playing vid games to go draw something, getting proper exercise and AMV editting (which is mostly done right after work or on the train). Such things leaves me with a social status of going out and actually learn how to dance so I could enjoy the clubs more without the need of alcohol as a motivator. I sometimes really hate being introverted. Another thing, I love black women but I shall never go clubbing at a spot where I'm the only black male and the only black female there rather dance and converse with the white/asian guys. Really, the North side sometimes really fucking sux ass (exception is the reggae club, Wild Hare)
